Got this got my son, as got one before and was great. When opened it was covered in fluff and looked used. Called Complaints manager. And they said it's because get are busy? Whatever that means. When asked she said she could nothing about it apart from speak to the warehouse. Totally ruined the gift surprise, won't buy again!

Brilliant service and Delivery. Hat is very well made and water just beads and shakes off I probably should have got it in a medium when I'm normally a large but it's still fine and looks great just catches the wind ;)

Partner wanted a real cowboy hat for his birthday and had a specific style in mind. This hat did not disappoint! It was delivered quickly in secure packaging to protect the shape of the hat. The quality is great and he now refuses to take it off.

I have purchased the Comanche & the Western Cowboy hats...I'm now trying to choose which I will be keeping, both so good, great design & fit perfectly, I'm torn
